Q: Why did I receive part of my order separately?
A: Some products are fulfilled in different locations and ship separately to speed up delivery.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges if I change my mind?
A: Unfortunately, since all items are made to order, I can't accept returns for buyer’s remorse. But if there’s any issue with your order, I’ll make it right.
Q: What happens if my order is lost or damaged?
A: Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order (or expected delivery date) with photos or order details. I’ll gladly help replace or refund the item.
